DP unit yg sy cancel minta refund sdh 1 thn lebih blm balik, puluhan juta melayang sia sia

The DP unit that I canceled has asked for a refund for more than 1 year, it hasn't been back yet, tens of millions have flown in vain

1.lahan harus mempunyai izin dr kota setempat(tanya langsung ke kantor walkot)jgn ke kelurahan
2.cek izin developer ke kantor walikota setempat valid atau tidaknya
3.jgn percaya bank rekanannya,bisa jadi ada oknum yg bermain dgn oknum developer.
4.di sawangan yg bermasalah kalau ngak surat(legalitas)ya developernya,bijak pilih perumahan dan tanah jgn tergiur...semoga membantu??
Be careful friends, if you want to buy housing that you must know,
1. Land must have a permit from the local city (ask directly to the walkot office) don't go to the village
2. Check whether the developer's permit at the local mayor's office is valid or not
3. Don't trust partner banks, there could be people playing with unscrupulous developers.
4. in Sawangan there is a problem if there is no letter (legality) the developer, choose housing and land wisely, don't be tempted... hope it helps ??
