Bikin roti bakar bandung doang satu bisa hampir setengah jam! Di abang abang pinggir jalan aja cuma 10 menit jadi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tepatnya semalem tgl 19 Mar 2022 sekitar jam 20.00 PM saya bel Haus di Jl. Pejaten Raya No.10 A, RW.6, Pasar Minggu. Saya beli Roti kukus dan Freshmilk boba brown sugar. Saya sudah antri lama2 malah customer yg dibelakang saya yg dibuatkan pesanannya setelah itu baru saya baru dibuatkan ditambah toping bobanya mau diganti yg lain gimana gak dongkol...Ditambah karyawannya gak mau minta maaf atau minimal menjelaskan mengenai kesalahan tersebut sebagai bentuk apresiasi atau tanggung jawabnya mengenai pelayanan terhadap customer.
Precisely last night on 19 Mar 2022 around 20.00 PM I bel Haus on Jl. Pejaten Raya No.10 A, RW.6, Pasar Minggu. I bought steamed buns and Freshmilk boba brown sugar. I've been queuing for a long time, even the customer behind me who ordered after that I just made it plus the boba topping I want to change to something else, how can I not get annoyed... Plus the employee doesn't want to apologize or at least explain the mistake as a form of appreciation or responsibility regarding service to customers.
