★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kamarnya buruk sekali. Kamar mandi bau remot ac ngga ada katanya di bawa OB. Tapi OB nya susah dicari. Padahal klinik mahal tp remote ac aja ga mampu beli?
Room service is very bad. The bathroom smells like the remote ac, there's no mention of it being brought by OB. But the OB is hard to find. Even though the clinic is expensive but the remote ac can't afford it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya sangat buruk,apalagi pengambilan obat,sangat lama entah di karenakan stuff nya tidak terlatih atau kurang nya stuff.mirisnya banyk sekali pasisen yang mengeluh di karenakan sangat lelet nya pelayanan.
untuk rs,Hasna Medika langut mohon untuk di tingkatkan pelayanannya.
the service is very bad, especially taking medicine, it takes a very long time either because the stuff is not trained or the stuff is lacking. sadly, a lot of patients complain because the service is very slow.
For RS, Hasna Medika Langut, please improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang baik dari segi ngantri nunggu dokter sampai pengambilan obat,sangat lelet padahal yg berobat kesini lumayan banyak,mohon di perbaiki lagi lah, walaupun pakai BPJS setiap bulan kan kita juga bayar
