old service mending shops next door. I've waited 1 hour told to wait 30 minutes. complained instead said the customer was not just me

Playing around looking for bolts for the engine, I found it in this shop. It was my first time shopping. Asked questions that matched the bolts. The bolts were quite friendly and patient, I explained it, only when it arrived, the place was a little HOT.
