Parkir cukup...letak pinggir jalan raya so gak kesulitan keluar masuk.....
Dekat dengan alon2 selo......
Pengen sini lagi lain waktu...moga ada bangunan baru dan nuansa baru lagi.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya lumayan enak, bersih terus pemendangannya asri langsung ke kaki gunung merapi. Untuk makananya rasanya lumayan enak. Cocok buat kalian yang cari suasana pegunungan kesini aja. Dan jangan lupa terapkan protokol kesehatan juga ya
The place is pretty good, clean and the view is beautiful directly at the foot of Mount Merapi. As for the food, it's pretty good. Suitable for those of you who are looking for a mountainous atmosphere here. And don't forget to apply health protocols too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya mau booking kamar untuk hari sabtu 12 Februari 2022. Tapi sangat sangat kecewa dengan sikap admin yang membuat saya tersinggung.
Kronologi:
Saya mencari homestay di kawasan Merbabu melalui Maps, ketemu Hartono Resort ini. Kemudian cek ada WA, dan ternyata itu WA bisnis. Ada katalog yang tertulis kamar Triangle 3 harga antara 400k-600k, untuk 2 orang 400k.
Lanjut saya chat WA ke admin, dia kirim foto tarif kamar yang mana tertulis Triangle 3 600k (kalau saya nggak salah). Kemudian saya tanya untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 baby umur 1 tahun berapa, dia jawab 400k. Memang saya sempat nawar, tapi admin ini menolak tawaran saya dan oke saya lanjut tanya² hal lain tentang sarapan dan parkir.
Dan kalau saya perhatikan, admin ini memanggil saya dengan sebutan "Bun" beberapa kali. Ketika saya mulai tidak nyaman, saya kasih tahu kalau saya ini cowok (dengan nada bercanda). Dan jawaban si admin ini di luar dugaan saya, dia minta maaf dan bilang "biasanya yang banyak nanya itu cewek".
Logika macam apa ini? Banyak tanya = cewek?
Padahal pertanyaan saya masih sangat wajar lho, soal tarif kamar, sarapan dan parkir. Saya bawa anak umur 1 tahun barang bawaan pasti banyak, makanya ingin memastikan semuanya aman dan lancar.
Buat admin yang chat melalui WA dengan saya tadi, maaf saya terima tapi mohon maaf tulisan ini harus saya post sebagai pembelajaran supaya ke depannya lebih baik.
Panggil calon tamu dengan sebutan "Kak" menurut saya lebih aman.
Actually, I want to book a room for Saturday, February 12, 2022. But I am very, very disappointed with the attitude of the admin which makes me offended.
Chronology:
I was looking for a homestay in the Merbabu area via Maps, I found this Hartono Resort. Then check that there is a WA, and it turns out that it is a business WA. There is a catalog that says Triangle 3 rooms are priced between 400k-600k, for 2 people 400k.
I continued to chat WA to admin, he sent a photo of the room rate which said Triangle 3 600k (if I'm not mistaken). Then I asked how much for 2 adults and 1 baby 1 year old, he said 400k. Indeed, I had bargained, but this admin refused my offer and okay I continued to ask other things about breakfast and parking.
And if I pay attention, this admin calls me "Bun" several times. When I start to feel uncomfortable, I tell you I'm a guy (jokingly). And the admin's answer was beyond my expectations, he apologized and said "usually girls who ask a lot of questions".
What kind of logic is this? Many questions = girl?
Even though my question is still very reasonable, you know, about room rates, breakfast and parking. I brought a 1 year old child with a lot of luggage, so I wanted to make sure everything was safe and smooth.
For the admin who chatted via WA with me earlier, I'm sorry, but I'm sorry I have to post this article as a lesson so that in the future it will be better.
Calling potential guests as "Sis" in my opinion is safer.

Ruangan bersih, harga affordable, fasilitan baik. Ada cafe nya jg, jadi bisa langsung makanan & minuman tanpa hrs keluar penginapan. Rekomen untuk yg ingin merasakan suasana pegunungan yg sejuk & tenang.
Lodging in the Selo area with the glamping concept, the room view directly faces Mount Merapi. We chose room triagle 1 with a capacity of 2 beds and fit 4 people. Clean rooms, affordable prices, good facilities. There is also a cafe, so you can directly eat & drink without having to leave the inn. Recommended for those who want to feel the cool & calm mountain atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka kamar taraaaa....langsung terhampar view Gunung Merapi yang Masyaalloh begitu indah.... refreshing sekalian tadabbur alam,
Cocok buat keluarga buat anak anak juga, malam2nya dibawah temaram bintang2 bisa bebakaran di halaman dibawah temaram bulan sambil camping (free tenda dan free alat bakar2nya ya), untuk bahannya yg dibakar bawa sendiri sesuai selera.
Lokasi strategis mudah terjangkau, dipinggir jalan utama, deket sama alun alun dan Bukit Sanjaya,
Fasilitas memadai, ada bed 1 2 3 dan extra bed, Free Wifi, Kamar Mandi tersedia air panas karena so pasti yg ga biasa megang air disini brrrrr....
Tersedia water heater kopi teh gula gelas dsb..
Free sarapan pagi....
Bagi yg suka foto2, tersedia studio foto nuansa klasik dengan baju tradisional.
Recommended buat liburan, next time pengin lagi kesini, semoga ada nuansa baru lagi ??

Strategic location, easy to reach, beside the main road, close to the main square and Bukit Sanjaya,
Adequate facilities, there are beds 1 2 3 and extra beds, Free Wifi, the bathroom is available with hot water because so surely those who are not used to holding water here brrrrr....
There is a water heater, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses, etc..
Free breakfast....
For those who like to take pictures, there is a photo studio with a classic feel with traditional clothes.
Recommended for holidays, next time I want to come here again, hopefully there will be new nuances ??

1 kamar dgn 2 bed, yg 1 bed di lantai atas mezanine sederhana
1 kamar keluarga
lokasinya bagus di pinggir jalan,
parkir hanya cukup untuk 2 mobil.
parkiran di bawah & kamar2nya di atas.
makanan cukup murah
ada tempat bermain anak
karyawan ramah & gercep kl ada keluhan
tapi sayangnya kamar kurang layak (maaf)
here there are 3 triangle rooms,
1 room with 2 beds 1 floor
1 room with 2 beds, 1 bed on the top floor of a simple mezzanine
1 family room
good location on the side of the road,
parking is only enough for 2 cars.
parking below & rooms above.
food is quite cheap
there is a children's play area
friendly & fast employees when there are complaints
but unfortunately the room is not worth it (sorry)
