Hari ini 29 Januari 2022 saya kirim 3 kucing untuk di grooming (2 laki-laki dan 1 perempuan).
Setelah selesai dan diantar balik lalu di cek semua kuku kaki kucing yang laki-laki berdarah darah semua, cara potong kukunya salah banget, masa Sampe kaya gituh.
Kapok deh ngirim kesini lagi.
Wow, the grooming is really bad in this place.
Today, January 29, 2022, I sent 3 cats for grooming (2 boys and 1 girl).
After it was finished, it was brought back and then checked all the male cat toenails, all bleeding, the way to cut the nails was really wrong, until you were like that.
Tired of sending it here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah banget, kemaren saya kesanah karna kucing saya ketabrak Alhamdulillah skrng udh bisa lari²an, tempatnya juga bersih, lengkap pula petshopnya. Pokoknya mantap dah??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akhirnya hari ini kami bawa check up anabul kami yg grooming disinidi hari sabtu kmrn tgl 29 Januari ke vet langganan dicinere krn kuku yg kmrn dipotong habis sampai paw nya abses (bengkak infeksi). Bukan krn anabul kaki kena pasir dsb, bukan. Abses krn sisa kuku yg tidak terpotong pecah masuk ke daging. Selama tenggang waktu sabtu, minggu, kami rajin sanitasi dg nacl dan beri betadine salep. Kami stop salep luka dari vet anda karena luka malah berair.
Hari ini kami bawa mereka ke Vet yg kami percaya. kami infokan sisa dalam kuku dicabut, dan bulu kaki di cukur bersih lalu di laser agar tertutup luka nya. Sekarang paw salah satu dari dua anabul yg kuku kuku-nya dipotong melewati jaringan ga punya kuku krn kurangnya knowledge dan training staff anda. 2 kucing, masing2 18 jari. Total yg luka per anabul 16 dan 17 (dg satu jari akhirnya kuku sisa dicabut abses).
Saya jarang sekali kasih review jelek, saran aja kepada owner petshop TOLONG TRAINING kembali karyawannya SOP grooming sesuai standard vet.
Kami grooming ke petshop anda krn percaya anabul kami di rawat dg baik seperti kami merawat mereka.
Lucunya wa kami di blok setelah staff anda mengantarkan anabul kami, wa berisi bill dan nomor rekening. Saya curiga knp, semua jelas ketika saya cek keadaan anabul lalu mendapati kuku kuku anabuls kami berdarah dan bahkan ada yg sampai hampir ga punya kuku.
Vet kalian memang melakukan cek setelah kami komplain dahulu dg datang langsung ke petshop dg membawa bukti foto dan anabul kami yg paw nya masih berdarah. Ada baiknya beri laporan ke owner dari awal apa saja yg terjadi ketika grooming (harus dicukur bukunya, ada jamur, paw kuku berdarah dsb dan jelaskan sebabnya) bukan disembunyikan.
Buat calon pawrent yg mau grooming, Jangan sampai anabul yg lain mendapat perlakuan yg sama, untuk yg mau kesini mending di tunggu jangan ditinggal atau dengan anter jemput. Diawasin.

I rarely give bad reviews, just advice to the petshop owner PLEASE TRAINING the employees back to the grooming SOP according to vet standards.
We are grooming your pet shop because we believe that our anabuls are well cared for like we take care of them.
The funny thing is that our wa is blocked after your staff delivers our Anabul, wa contains the bill and account number. I suspect why, everything was clear when I checked the condition of Anabuls and found that our Anabuls' nails were bleeding and some even had almost no nails.
Your vet did check after we complained first by coming directly to the pet shop with photo evidence and our anabul whose paw is still bleeding. It's better to give a report to the owner from the start what happened during grooming (the book must be shaved, there is fungus, bloody nail paws, etc. and explain why) not hidden.
