★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t let me try and play products, but just asked me to buy on Tokopedia, only after which I can touch the piano. I asked what if I don’t like and request refund. The staff just says the shop can not refund. Maybe this is because of COVID. But I wonder that the only solution that this store has. I called before coming to the store, but the staff didn’t explain any of this circumstance at all although I told him I would come to the shop after the phone call. Taxi fees were just wasted. Big disappointment.
