★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali ke AC Harapan utk perbaikan AC mobil Grand Livina th 2009, baik baik saja. November 2021 ke sini krn AC tidak dingin. Disarankan ganti magnetic clutch. Saya ganti dg biaya 1.4jt. Dalam waktu 3 minggu bbrp kl AC tidak dingin dan ada suara berdengung. Saya kembali lagi, disarankan ganti kompressor. Harga kompressor imitasi nissan 3,175,000 saya ok. Setelah bbrp menit sejak mulai pegang mobil saya, Pak Hanif, kepala mekanik datang ke saya menunjukkan bahwa evaporator sdh kurang bagus, disarankan ganti, harga 1,500,000. Saya setuju. Tapi herannya saat bayar, saya dikenakan harga service evaporator, 450,000. Saya keluhkan bahwa seharusnya saya tidak dicharge full service evap krn kan diganti, bisa dicharge jasa bongkar atau bersihkan, tp bukan service dan full charge. Admin bengkel, Sari, tetap kekeuh bahwa biaya tetap full. Total biaya ganti kompressor, evap, expansi, receiver/dryer 6,000,000. Pikir2, jd nyesel juga krn kl di bengkel resmi Nissan cuma 8.5juta dengan part yg asli ya. Compressor asli Nissan sudah termasuk magnetic clutch. Sebelum tulis review ini saya coba sampaikan keluhan saya ke admin bengkel, Sari dan ke kepala mekanik pak Hanif, tapi keduanya tetap mengganggap diri benar. Sebelum penggantian part, admin bengkel info garansi 3 bulan tapi ternyata di bon tertulis 1 bulan. Gampang banget ingkar janji. Ga lagi deh ke bengkel AC Harapan. Kecewa.
 Been to AC several times. Hope to repair the 2009 Grand Livina car AC, it's fine. November 2021 here because the air conditioner is not cold. It is recommended to replace the magnetic clutch. I replaced it at a cost of 1.4 million. Within 3 weeks, if the air conditioner is not cold and there is a buzzing sound. I'm back again, recommended to replace the compressor. The price of a 3,175,000 nissan imitation compressor is ok. After a few minutes since I started holding my car, Mr. Hanif, the chief mechanic came to me to show that the evaporator was not good enough, it was recommended to replace it, the price was 1,500,000. I agree. But surprisingly when I paid, I was charged the service evaporator price, 450,000. I complained that I shouldn't have been charged full service evap because it was replaced, it could be charged for unloading or cleaning services, but not service and full charge. The workshop admin, Sari, is still adamant that the costs are still full. The total cost of replacing the compressor, evap, expansion, receiver/dryer is 6,000,000. Think about it, so I regret it because at the official Nissan repair shop, it's only 8.5 million with original parts. The original Nissan compressor includes a magnetic clutch. Before writing this review, I tried to convey my complaint to the workshop admin, Sari and to the chief mechanic, Mr. Hanif, but both of them still thought they were right. Before replacing the part, the workshop admin informed that the warranty was 3 months but it turned out that the bill said 1 month. It's easy to break a promise. Don't go to the Harapan AC repair shop anymore. Disappointed.
