★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me n my friend were a lil bit hesitant when we got the very same room we were assigned to on our previous visit, bcoz the computer had an error last time so we were afraid it will happen again. We even told the staff when he was setting the computer. N we totally jinx it. The computer went off again midway. The staff was fast to our rescue but we still got our time wasted away so that was still kinda blah... n for those bringing cars, the path to the parking building is really narrow n they still havent got the cashless system so u gotta have cash to pay for ur parking fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe the Happy Puppy in Kemang is a fun enough place... each room looks like a mixture of a back alley karaoke with a modern tech singing room, which combined with the fact that it is a safe place, makes it a very fun place to go with friends! I believe I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a karaoke place in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once came here with 2 of my friends and got a promo "take 2 hours, get 1 hour free" (Rp 75k per hour). Somehow it was a very good deal. But then they FORCED us to buy 1 of the snacks or beverages even though we didn't want any of them. Finally, we should pay Rp 229k that was closed to 3 hours karaoke. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 hours of karaoke, only pay for f & b, free room! Definitely my favorite place for channelling my inner rock star. Hope the promo last forever. Anyways, songs are updated, food n drinks are great. Parking area is quite spacious but I prefer using a taxi or gocar/grabcar.

1. They don't use Windows XP anymore and upgrade to Windows 7 if possible
2. Better PC specs. Not some Pentium level PC specifications.
3. Not using old Adobe flash technology with unnecessary 3d view causing everything to be lagged.
4. Have non-smokers area.
5. Clean and hygiene toilet
6. Offer discounts when the PC hang and need to restarted. Waiting the PC to boot up takes some time.
7. When ordering pitcher ice sweet tea, you better provide the ice tea that served with sugar, not sugar served with tea toppings. It way too sweet.
8. Finding the parking lot isn't easy for this small place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice interior and clean room. The staffs are kind and friendly. The price is high but the service like microphones are so bad. About 3-5 times our microphones are not working, what’s more the computer suddenly not responding and need to restart without reason, then we need to create our playlist again. Please improve it. Thank you happy puppy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice, I always visiting at weekend. Actually this is good place for Karaoke with friends. The foods and beverages are expensive. Unfortunately, if you're booked for 2 hours in regular time, you must order together with food at least one item. I know this is the rules but it is strange rules. No one Karaoke like this in Jakarta except Happy Puppy.
