★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in LG of Pramuka Green Mall, it is a very neat and clean place. There is no doubt about the medical profesionalism.
The important thing which I want to highlight here is that they always charge you extra amount on different reasons. I have three experiences with them in Green Pramuka Mall.
1. For my tooth filling I discussed in detail about the charges and once I was paying they asked me that added IDR 100,000 for liner, which they didn't tell me at first, and nothing special was done on my tooth.
2. The very next day I went for Scaling. I had a long discussion from previous day and they told me that I would be paying IDR 350,000 including the dress which they provide you on payment. Again once they gave me the bill there were IDR 200,000 charged extra for removing stain. There was nothing else than scaling and removing the yellow substance from my teeth. I Don't take coffee or tea, nor do I smoke, so I don't know how they charged me for this. Once I inquired, they cancelled it by apologizing that as it was not told to me so they had cancelled it.
So be aware, specially if you are a foreigner that they may say something during procedure and charge you for that.
3. Additionally whenever they tell you that there will be charges from this min amount to that max amount, they will always charge you the highest amount everytime.
This behavior is highly disturbing as some things are part of a procedure and they should not be charged additionally or at least must be clearly told separately. Similarly, how can they charge you the maximum amount everytime you visit them as happened with me and my wife as well.
