★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dr. Mukti dan perawatnya ramah, dokter menjelaskan dengan sangat detail, bahkan kata dokternya kalo nanti ada yang ingin ditanyakan dapat melalui DM instagramnya.
harga juga murah, meskipun ga kebagian susu dan voucher, namun tidak masalah.
next akan kontrol kesana lagi☺
 dr. Mukti and the nurse were friendly, the doctor explained in great detail, even the doctor said that if someone wants to be asked, they can go to their Instagram DM.
The price is also cheap, even though you don't get milk and vouchers, it doesn't matter.
next will control there again☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin saya USG disini sama dokter rafiyadi kaya diburu buru hasilnya juga yg di print tidak jelas.. Ga detail penjelasannya sangat kecewa.
Yesterday, I had an ultrasound here with Dr. Rafiyadi, as if he was being rushed, the results that were printed were not clear.. No detailed explanation, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Daftar USG 4D, sampe TKP eksekusinya USG Transvaginal, ditanya perawatnya dg galaknya dia jawab karena blm hamil, alasan yg gak masuk akal, di tempat lain sering saya USG 4D dlm kondisi tidak hamil
2. Tagihan tetap bayar USG 4D
3. Bagian pendaftaran yg merangkap perawat bad attitude, sy periksa Rabu 29 Sep 2021, jam 13 sd 15
4. Dokternya bingung mengartikan di layar USG, sebentar bilang ini, bbrp menit kmd bilang itu, lain terus, dan bertanya2 ini apa ya, kalo saya tau saya gak perlu ke dokter kan ya..
5. Tempatnya panaaaassss naudzubillah
6. Kesimpulan : cukup satu kali saya periksa kesitu, gak akan lagi2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, dari mulai masuk, tidak ada ramah ramahnya, dokternya ketus, angkuh, baru kali ini istri saya pulang USG malah nangis sakit hati sama dokter inisial R*****t, padahal attitude yg utama, bukan harga, lebih baik bayar mahal dengan perlakuan yg baik, drpd bayar murah tapi pelayanan bad, sangat disayangkan, merekrut karyawan yg tidak niat, rasanya lebih ramah pelayanan RS memakai BPJS daripada ini
Bad service, from the start, there was no friendly and friendly attitude, the doctor was curt, arrogant, this is the first time my wife came home from ultrasound instead of crying with pain with the doctor initials R*****t, even though the attitude is the main thing, not the price, it's better to pay expensive with good treatment, instead of paying cheap but bad service, very unfortunate, recruiting employees who have no intention, it feels more friendly hospital services using BPJS than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempet ragu mau kesini karena baca rating yg gak enak dan mengecewakan.. Tapi alhamdulillah resepsionisnya trnyata ramah, dokter nya (dr. Mukti) juga gaul bgt, ngejelasinnya jelas, ramah, friendly bgt lah pokonya..
I was hesitant to come here because I read the bad and disappointing rating.. But thank God the receptionist turned out to be friendly, the doctor (dr. Mukti) was also very slang, explained clearly, friendly, really friendly..
