1.Parkir sangat tidak aman (tidak ada penjagaan yang berarti)
2.Untuk harga lapangan 40.000 hanya menggunakan seperti kayu di lapangannya (bukan plur atau karet) itu sangat mahal.
3.Suasananya bikin ga semangat main.

1.Parking is very unsafe (no significant security)
2. For the field price of 40,000, only using wood in the field (not plur or rubber) is very expensive.
3. The atmosphere makes you not excited to play.

fyi, hanya ada 2 lapangan di tempat ini.
uda booking, transfer dp dan dikonfirm sama pihak lapangannya dari tgl 17/11/21 buat main tgl 27/11/21 (hari ini) untuk jam 5 sore - 8 malam.
pas dateng sempet drama, katanya kita booking jam 4-6 aja. trs karyawannya tunjukkin chatnya padahal itu bukan chat temen sy yg booking. akhirnya temen sy tunjukkin chatnya dan akhirnya kita main.
baru 1 jam stgh main tiba2 disuruh berhenti main sekitar jam 18.30, padahal kita booking 3 jam sampai jam 20.00 dan kita uda datang duluan trs uda booking dari 10 hari yang lalu! ??
bookingan kita bentrok sama orang lain dan cara menyelesaikan masalah karyawannya tidak profesional sama sekali.
kita gak masalahin yg member, karena mereka emg uda jelas jadwalnya. yg anehnya kita uda dateng duluan & bookingan jelas malah kita yang disuruh berhenti main dibanding orang yg datengnya lebih baru dari kita (ini bkn member).
udah gitu, karyawannya yaitu mba yg pake topi item cara ngomongnya terlalu ngegas, mba yg pake hijab malah ngetawain. awalnya gak ada minta maafnya sama sekali, setelah ditegur teman saya baru mau minta maaf dan kasih kompensasi.
sebenarnya ini masalah internal miss komunikasi pihak lapangannya. tapi yg kena malah ke customernya haha
kalo kayak gini ke depannya jadi males main di lapangan ini. apalagi kalo etika beberapa karyawannya masih sama, gak diperbaiki ?
semoga ke depannya bisa diperbaiki lagi sistemnya. terlebih etika karyawan dalam berkomunikasi dengan customer ???
very disappointed with the service. this is the first time something like this happened :)
fyi, there are only 2 fields in this place.
I have booked, transferred dp and confirmed with the field from 17/11/21 to play on 27/11/21 (today) for 5 pm - 8 pm.
when we came to drama, they said we booked at 4-6 hours. Then the employee showed me the chat even though it wasn't my friend's chat who booked it. Finally, my friend showed me the chat and finally we played.
just 1 hour after playing, we were suddenly told to stop playing around 18.30, even though we booked 3 hours until 20.00 and we arrived first and booked 10 days ago! ️
our bookings clash with other people and the way to solve the problems of the employees is not professional at all.
We don't care about the members, because they have a clear schedule. the strange thing is that we arrived first & the booking was clear, instead we were told to stop playing compared to people who arrived later than us (these are not members).
It's like that, the employee, namely the lady who wears a hat, speaks too loudly, the lady who wears the hijab laughs. At first there was no apology at all, after being reprimanded by my friend, I just wanted to apologize and give compensation.
actually this is an internal problem of miscommunication from the field. but what gets hit is the customer haha
If it's like this in the future, I will be lazy to play in this field. especially if the ethics of some of the employees are still the same, it can't be fixed
Hopefully in the future the system can be improved again. especially employee ethics in communicating with customers
