★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru nemu dimsum dengan cita rasa yang beda banget dari yang lain. Dimsum yang pernah aku coba dari mulai yang kelas bintang lima sampai kaki lima aku udah hafal rasanya biasanya cenderung kurang terasa dagingnya dan agak manis, but haji dimsum beda banget.
Bukan muji atau mau lebay tapi emng jujur. Begitu masuk mulut rasanya tuh kaya bgt, cenderung gurih dengan rasa ayam yg nendang alias gak pelit. Aku bisa rasain Gurih ayam sejati tanpa intervensi dari tepung yang berlebihan. Terus Gurihnya beda dan gak lebay jadi menurutku aman buat cemilan si kecil.
Gigi ku juga dimanjain sama tekstur dimsumnya yg empuknya pas plus juicy terasa sampai bagian dalam. Keliatan pas dipotong dimsumnya, ada semburat daging ayam yang jelas keliatan merata. Nah yg spesialnya ada sensasi krenyes2 aduhainya, dari bagian ayam tertentu yg aduhai pula teksturnya.

Just found dim sum with a really different taste from the others. The dimsum that I have tried, ranging from five-star to five-foot class, I have memorized the taste, it usually tends to taste less meat and a bit sweet, but Hajj dimsum is really different.
Not praising or wanting to be overbearing but honest. Once in the mouth it tastes very rich, tends to be tasty with a kicking taste of chicken, aka not stingy. I can taste true savory chicken without the intervention of excessive flour. Then it is different and not too tasty so in my opinion it is safe for your little one's snacks.
My teeth are also spoiled by the texture of the dim sum which is soft and juicy right on the inside. Looks like when you cut the dim sum, there is a clear tinge of chicken meat that looks evenly distributed. Now what's special is that there is a krenyes2 sensation, from certain parts of the chicken that are fantastic as well as the texture.
How lovely this dimsum. It's easy again to find him because he already has several branches in depok. There is a frozen version too
