★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst haircut/hairstyling experience I've ever had. Went there just now, the hairstylist treated me like I'm their hair model.
Every customer in the shop were asked to remove their masks so they can easily work on their hair, which I was a little uncomfortable with amidst the pandemic. Many hair salons use rubber extensions that connects two ends of a mask, so they can easily work through their customer's sideburn; they don't.
Hairstylist kept scolding me for my head position even though he didn't give me any instruction prior. Hairstylist also sounded demanding and condescending.
He spent most of his time taking pictures of my hair without asking for consent. When asked whether it will be uploaded to Instagram, he only replied "don't worry about it". Would definitely file a complain if it's uploaded to Hairnerds' Instagram feed.
The hairstyle I got look nothing like the picture I showed him (that he brushed off after seeing it for 2 seconds).
Would not recommend for those who values a good customer service, won't be going back either.
