★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus banget. Dan stylisnya informatif hasilnya rapih dan sukak bangettt, setelah potong rambut saya disarankan agar rambutnya tetap sama harus dicatok kedalem. Baru kali ini potong rambut sampe diperhatiin gitu supaya rambutnya ttp on point.
The service is really good. And the stylis are informative, the results are neat and very comfortable, after I cut my hair it is recommended that the hair stay the same, you must press it inside. This is the first time a haircut has been noticed so that the hair remains on point.

Untuk kebersihan dan protokol kesehatan saya sangat puas, karena sebelum melakukan treatment saya diarahkan untuk cuci tangan terlebih dahulu, kursi dan alat alatnya di disinfektan dan mbak mbaknya juga cuci tangan dulu sebelum melakukan treatment. Untuk treatment nya juga saya sangat puas, sebelum treatment kulit kepala dan rambut saya di analisa terlebih dahulu lalu setelah treatment dianalisa kembali untuk compare sebelum dan sesudah treatment. Saya ambil treatment dandruff dan hasilnya terlihat dan terasa beda, kulit kepala saya jauh lebih segar dari sebelumnya. Saya merekomendasikan teman teman untuk treatment di hairbeat.
Very satisfying. For cleanliness and health protocols I am very satisfied, because before doing the treatment I was directed to wash my hands first, the chairs and tools were disinfected and the ladies also wash their hands first before doing the treatment. For the treatment, I am also very satisfied, before treatment, my scalp and hair were analyzed first, then after treatment, they were analyzed again to compare before and after treatment. I took the dandruff treatment and the results looked and felt different, my scalp was much fresher than before. I recommend my friends for a treatment at hairbeat.

I've been here twice so far, the service was both times consistently professional, whether it was booking, washing the hair, to the actual stylists. There were none of those hidden surprise fees, a rarity in Jakarta and no annoying upwelling to products I didn't need. They suggest if you ask.
I was honestly surprised about the level of service and couldn't quite believe the variety of styles they can accomodate.
I am not sure what training each person goes through here, but it turns out most of the team has years of experience in specialized salons, many of them quite reknown and on the expensive side.
The place is new, so everything is in top shape and well maintained.
During my second visit the salon was (unsurprisingly) fully booked, they took down my name and called me as promised, within the hour, to get my haircut done. I asked for someone specialized in pixies and/ or androgenous haircuts and that's what I got.
I find most salons will give you the 'Ibu Ibu' hair, if you ask for a short haircut for girls, but the stylist really listened to my preferences. I had the full experience of a fancy salon, with the skills of a high-end edgy European style barbershop.
Next to me was a girl with long hair, about to get the pretty mermaid style colour grading, whilst I got a proper, faded undercut. They even made the effort to show me how to style my hair in a work-friendly manner and something more edgy for my weekends. Also, my stylist knew how to suggest something more suitable for my hair structure and all in all seemed very knowledgeable.
They also have some great suggestions on how to cut and style your hair if you are growing it out.
Cuts as well as colour are most reasonably priced, which is important to me, because short hair does require more frequent visits to the hairdresser.
This place is seriously great value, strategically located in Pondok Indah Mall - and it's suitable for all genders (and kids too). A must try, if you have hair on your head.
