★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli AC Haier yang 1/2 PK Tergiur garansinya. Baru pakai belum setahun sudah bocor Indoornya. Harga juga cukup mahal. Sekarang menunggu perbaikan dari garansinya sudah mau seminggu belum ada yang datang. Di hub.customer servicenya kgk ada yang angkat.
Buy AC Haier the 1/2 PK tempted warranty. I haven't used the indoor for a year yet. The price is also quite expensive. Now waiting for repairs to the guarantee already want a week no one has come. At the hub.customer service there is no lift.

The customer service is bad, I never managed to call, always no one picks up, I've tried for a week, phoned repeatedly but no answer ️ better buy another product , I've also bought spare parts for the refrigerator, it's according to the type the model of the refrigerator, but it doesn't fit when I try it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa terhadap produck merk AQUA, saya beli kulkas baru berjalan 1 tahun, dan semarang kulkas rusk, dari team teknisinya, alaskan Compressor rusak. Garansi Compressor di kart garanti selama 7 tahun.
Pada saat claim dengan document lengkap, ternyata tidak bisa, karena alasan tidak jelas. saya telpon ke Call Centre, tetapi di putus.
Sangat Kecewa dengan pelayanan dari Perusahaan sebesar HAIER, product yang di dual menipu embelli/konsumen, Hati hati buat semua yang akan membeli produce dari HAIER.
Very disappointed with the AQUA brand product, I bought a refrigerator that has only been running for 1 year, and the refrigerator is broken, from the technical team, because the compressor is damaged. Warranty for Compressor in kart garanti for 7 years.
When claiming with complete documents, it turns out that it cannot, for unclear reasons. I called the Call Center, but it was interrupted.
Very Disappointed with the service from a company as big as HAIER, the dual product is deceiving embellishers / consumers, Be careful for all who will buy products from HAIER.
