Hint: water is free of charge; for broth, you can also order 4-pot but you choose one only for the paid broth, and order the rest of three pot with hot water (price of broth will be cheaper compared with if you order 2-pot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Hot pot restaurant with the besttttt service! By best i mean really amazing, beyond words excellent. The staffs actively seek out the opportunity to deliver more than normal restaurant standards, thinking beyond customers' needs (rubber band, plastic cover for your sleeve, apron, wipes for your glasses, etc.)
2. The quality of their food is also and always, top notch. My favorite menu would be their special marinated beef and prawn paste (and their sauce!). I love how haidilao now offers half-portion option so customers now I can order more variations from the menu at once.
3. You will be greeted with complimentary welcoming fruits and can request ice cream / fruits (complimentary as well) after finished eating
4. Generally, I spend apprx. 700k/2 people
5. However, at busy times, their waiting list and seating system could be improved. They offer complimentary snacks and mineral water while you wait (which you can also take home even a paper bag full!).

Reasonable price, because u are not only paying for the food, u get a wholesome package of food atmosphere, services, lot of condiment, and souvenir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great dinner at Haidilao PIK Avenue. We got VIP room and lots of complimentary. The staff that in charge in our VIP room was very thoughtful, cheerful and friendly, and she also gave us snacks and toys as my friends brought their kids. We ordered manyong fish belly (hipio), lamb, beef, pork, assorted mushrooms, spam, lettuce, corn, salmon, crispy tofu skin, shrimp paste. All of it were so fresh and delicious.
My honest rate for their various broth:
- Oatmilk 10/10 - it’s a must!!!! Can’t describe, just order this one please. I kept slurping this soup the whole night
- Tomato 10/10 - it’s a must!!!! Love it especially if you are into sour
- 3 Seasoning 7/10 - sorry I still like 8 Treasures or Shu Guo Yin Xiang more for this one
- Mushroom 6/10 - too plain for me but feels very healthy I guess
- Salty Veggie 5/10 - hmm, not my favorite
TIPS: Better make a reservation in advance as they are always full even on weekdays
I kept smiling the whole night after came back from Haidilao because their service was just so exceptional. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ haidilao always have the greatest service with amazing and super friendly staffs. the price is quite high but its worth it with the food quality and service given. during cny you need to reserve ahead because its extremely packed. you can request for staffs to sing for your birthday. they give special decor and a complimentary fruit platter too for birthdays.

We celebrate our daughter birthday at dinner hour and she already book a table for 5 people.
Escorted by the staff to the table and they will explaine all kinds of things regarding the menu, spices ect.
We order some beef and pork slices, mushroom, vegetables and noodle. They also have a oerson in charge of stretching the noodle infront of our table as an entertainment. Great skill.
Before start eating our meal the staff gave us some hot towel and after finishing all the food they ask you if you want some icecream, fruit or refill our drinks.
Talk about the place it selve, it is clean, tydi and well managed. They also got a waiting area with a lot of seat.
