★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pikir2 dulu deh kalo mau kesini, niat mau periksa mau nyembuhin telinga malah tambah parah yg tadinya telinga saya udah ga berdarah lagi kesini darahnya malah tambah banyak, telinga di periksa ga sampe 5 menit disedot sakitnya mintak ampundokternya ga mau denger penyebab dr keluhan pasien. Kassa udah ditarok di meja ditarok lagi ke telinga orang ya allah bener2 pengalaman buruk. Padahal udah disumpah profesi tapi melayani pasien ngga sepenuh hati mau buru2 banget, saya berobat ke anda itu bayar bukan gratis ngga setimpal sama bayaran. Makan lah uang saya tapi dunia akhirat saya ngga ikhlas itu uang keringet saya.

My ear isn't bleeding anymore, here the blood is even more, the ear is checked, it doesn't take 5 minutes to suck it up, the pain is asking for forgiveness. The doctor doesn't want to hear the cause of the patient's complaint. Kassa has been put on the table and put into people's ears, oh my god, it's really a bad experience. Even though I have been sworn in by profession, but serving patients is not wholeheartedly willing to rush, I pay for treatment to you, it's not free, it's not worth the pay. Eat my money, but in the hereafter I am not sincere, it's my sweat money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hari lalu kesana sih... dokter dan staff nya baik tp maaf ya untuk kebersihan nya tolong di perhatikan, masa kapas udah kuning kayanya udah di pake di pasien sebelum nya di pakein ke kuping sya, bodoh nya saya kok ga nolak pas di pakein kapas yg udah kuning pake bgt.... kuping saya budek trs berdenging info dari dokter nya kotorannya banyak, pas di sedot sumpah sakit bangetttt
I was there 3 days ago... the doctor and his staff are good but sorry for the cleanliness, please pay attention, when the cotton is yellow, it seems that it has been used on the patient before it was put on my ear, stupid I didn't turn it down when I put it on I used a lot of yellow cotton....my ears were swollen, and the information from the doctor was ringing, there was a lot of dirt, when I sucked the oath, it really hurt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman berobat cukup baik pagi ini (Jumat pukul 8). Telinga sudah dibersihkan setelah terasa mampat dari 3 hari yang lalu dan gatal2 yang sangat mengganggu aktivitas (saya tidak mengalami rasa sakit, selain berdenging). Total biaya Rp300 ribu (belum termasuk obat); lebih murah dibandingkan kunjungan di Dokter THT saya sebelumnya. Dokter dan stafnya sangat ramah; dijelaskan juga ketika mulai terasa gatal apa yg harus dilakukan. Rupanya semakin sering telinga dibersihkan, digaruk, maupun dikorek2, semakin sering pula mengeluarkan kotoran. Oiya, obat yang diresepkan kepada saya adalah obat tetes untuk gatal2 dan harganya Rp70 ribu yg ditebus di apotek yang direkomendasikan. Treatment yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengecekan dan pembersihan telinga yang bermasalah menggunakan alat irigasi telinga, pengecekan telinga sebelahnya, dan konsultasi.
Jam buka: Senin s.d. Sabtu pukul 08.00 - 10.00 dan 17.00 - 17.30. Pembayaran bisa cash maupun transfer.
Semoga ulasan ini membantu untuk siapapun yg mengalami hal serupa.
The treatment experience was quite good this morning (Friday at 8 o'clock). Ears have been cleaned after feeling congested from 3 days ago and itching that really interferes with activities (I have no pain, other than ringing). The total cost is IDR 300 thousand (not including medicine); cheaper than my previous ENT doctor visit. The doctor and his staff are very friendly; also explained when it started to itch what to do. Apparently the more often the ears are cleaned, scratched, or scraped, the more often the dirt will come out. Oh yes, the medicine that was prescribed to me was drops for itching and the price was Rp. 70 thousand which was redeemed at the recommended pharmacy. The treatment carried out is checking and cleaning the problematic ear using an ear irrigation device, checking the other ear, and consulting.
Opening hours: Monday s.d. Saturday 08.00 - 10.00 and 17.00 - 17.30. Payment can be cash or transfer.
Hope this review helps anyone who is experiencing the same thing.

Just for information, if you want to buy medicine, it's better to go to another pharmacy, don't go to the pharmacy that is recommended, when the price is expensive, you give cheap medicine, it's not the same as the one in the prescription ??
The expensive medicine is only 1,,,
The others are drugs, the price range of the pharmacy is 30 thousand + 10 thousand,,,
Better to go to another pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata benar apa yang tertulis dalam ulasan di sini. Saya dan suami kemarin (Senin 13 Desember 2021) mencari dokter THT terdekat dengan rumah. Dan membaca ulasan di sini mengarahkan dan memantapkan kami untuk datang berobat.
Iya lho...front desk-nya ramah, dokternya sudah senior dan sangat ramah. Membantu menjelaskan pada kami orang awam dengan baik. Alhamdulillah keluhan radang tenggorokan suami saya teratasi dalam 2 hari konsumsi obat. Belum benar-benar pulih namun sudah membaik dengan obat yang tepat.
It turns out to be true what is written in the reviews here. My husband and I yesterday (Monday 13 December 2021) were looking for the closest ENT doctor to our house. And reading the reviews here directed and confirmed us to come for treatment.
Yes, you know... the front desk is friendly, the doctor is senior and very friendly. Help explain to us lay people well. Alhamdulillah, my husband's sore throat complaint was resolved within 2 days of taking the drug. Not completely recovered but has improved with the right medication.
