The worst H&M and bad service, the manager is lazy, people play cellphones while looking at it, they are even reprimanded, the head of the cashier is also the same, it's no longer h&m PP

Follow the existing protocol and are required to use a thumbs up hand sanitizer, and there are a minimum of visitors which makes me feel safe and uncomfortable, especially in a pandemic like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HnM in pacific place is the most quiet compare to other HnM. They are big but not as big as the one in Mall of Indonesia. The sales collection here are pretty much outdated compare to other outlets however due to low traffic in this mall , it's becoming convenient to look around
