★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les di sini sangat bagus karena tutornya sebagian besar lulusan atau mahasiswa universitas ternama di Indonesia. Dalam seleksi tutor matematika atau mata pelajaran lain juga ada tes tertulis dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Serta ada nilai minimum agar tutor bisa lolos dan mengajar. Setelah lolos tes tertulis, masih ada seleksi microteaching. Jadi tutor harus membuat video mengajar dan menyelesaikan soal matematika. Setelah lolos tes tertulis dan microteacing baru bisa ngajar. Selain itu, tutor harus vaksin terlebih dahulu agar diprioritaskan dalam mengajar ke rumah siswa.

Nice moment to join with this education institution. I have joined in this institution since 2017 with the student whose name is Muhammad Bintang. He was in 5th grade in that time. In other side, I had another student, Zeva Kendrikova Raden Anditya in 2nd grade. I teach them in all subjects. Until today, I still teach Zeva continuously. But difference with Bintang, he needs to stop for a moment because of the pandemic.
The recruitment is simple thing in this institution, I have been given the exercise for elementary school and Economic subject. But, for Economic I still haven't got the student because of my other activity at school.
Latis privat has good management and proper salary. By using the internet media, the teacher could contact the management. Hopefully, after this pandemic, Latis privat does not only give achievement in money, but may be some tickets to teacher for holiday which could be in town or out of town.
