Teknisinya bukan tenaga lepas tapi memang karyawan.
Kalau masih ada yang kurang puas (walaupun sudah pergi meninggalkan bengkel) tinggal WA/telpon maka akan dilayani kembali dengan baik, tidak lepas tangan atau menyalahkan teknisi/mekanik.
Selama ini sudah beberapa kali kesitu sih gitu bahkan tidak ada calo.
The boss (Mr. Gunawan), his MBA (Asih MBA) & 3 technicians are friendly & helpful.
The technique is not freelance but indeed employees.
If there are still those who are unsatisfied (even though they have left the garage), they only have to wait / call, then they will be served again well, not to lose their hands or blame the technician / mechanic.
So far there have been a number of times there and there aren't even brokers.
