★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah baru kali ini pake jnt barang gak nyampe, alasan gal ada tetangga buat ditanya, alasan lagi tetangga gak pada kenal padahal kurir udah diarahin buat kerumah saudara saya tp kurir malah ngomong ngegas di tlp.. alamat saya dirawalumbu tp kenapa paket saya ada dimustika jaya? Tolong dong jnt karyawannya di edukasi lagi!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mksh ya JnT paket saya smpe setelah 1 minggu, dalam kondisi rusak bau smpah dan konfirmasi penanganan yg lambat. saya tlp, email, Dm berkali2 tp respon ttep lambat. pdhl itu sudah saya bilang dokumen penting. appun kondisinya cepat kirim. tp ttep hrus saya tlp kesana ksni dlu bru direspon cepat. ada apa dgn kalian? saya ga mnta kompensasi saya ttep bayar tp apa hanya sgtu tnggung jawab kalian? saya bilang berkali2 itu dokumen penting loh saya percayakan pke jasa kalian mlah disepelekan. mksh dan gak akan pake lg. human error wajar dalam bekerja, mngkin kurir teledor krna capek smpe paket dokumen saya di satukan dgn paket makanan smpe rembes ke dokumen saya, tp mnimal penanganan yg cpet akan meminimalisir kesalahan. kan bisa tlp klo udh sampe d gudang kalian dlm kndisi rusak, ini kan hrus saya yg tlp berkali2 tp smpe 5 hari bru di antar itupun siang.
thanks, JnT, my package is ready after 1 week, in a damaged condition, the smell of garbage and confirmation of handling is slow. I phone, email, Dm many times but the response is still slow. I already said that it was an important document. appun the conditions quickly tell. but still I have to go there now and then you will respond quickly. what's up with you I don't ask for compensation I still pay but is that only your responsibility? I said many times it was an important document, I entrust your services to be underestimated. still and won't use it anymore. Human error is reasonable at work, maybe the courier is careless because I am tired of having my document package combined with the food package so that it seeps into my document, but minimizing handling that is cpet will minimize errors. You can call it if you arrive at your warehouse in a damaged condition, this must be for me who have been on the phone many times but up to 5 days between them in the afternoon.

This is really bad JNT's performance ... My package from the 2nd only from Jakarta until now has not arrived ... Information will be delivered to the address directly. But, it didn't arrive... the address is correct... I'm disappointed
