paket gagal kirim terus, padahal masih jam 2 siang alasan melewati jam operasional...

dan kejadian bukan sekali dua kali, tapi berkali kali... ini gimana si pelayanannya??????????
kalau aja di shopee ada pilihan mau pakai kurir mana, nih j&t yakin banyak yg gak bakal pakai kurir ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener kata orang-orang yang review disini, pegawai Gudang J&T Cikarang Barat ini kayaknya emang pada gak niat kerjanya.
Paket 3 hari "ON HOLD, MELEBIHI BATAS JAM KERJA (Padahal masih jam 4 sore)" di gudang Cikarang Barat ini, pas disamperin alesannya kurirnya sakit terus cuti, entah bener atau cuma alesan, pegawainya juga gak ada ramah2nya.
Akhirnya baru sampe paketnya setelah 4 hari, jadi total udah 4 hari paket saya baru sampai, 3 hari nginep di gudang. Padahal cuma dari Jakarta ke Bekasi bisa2nya sampai 4 hari.
Buat yang tinggal sekitar di Cikarang Barat mending Blacklist aja ekspedisi J&T ini, pakai ekspedisi yang lain aja, masih banyak ekspedisi lain yang kerjanya profesional dan pengiriman cepet.
Setuju sama komen yang lain, kalau bisa saya kasih bintang 0 saya kasih bintang 0. Semoga ga berurusan lagi sama ekspedisi ini. Thanks.
It's true what people who review here say, this West Cikarang J&T Warehouse employee doesn't seem to have any intention of working.
The 3 day package "ON HOLD, EXCEEDING THE WORKING HOURS LIMIT (Even though it's still 4 pm)" at this West Cikarang warehouse, when I arrived the reason the courier was sick and he was on leave, whether it was true or just an excuse, the staff was also not friendly.
Finally, the package only arrived after 4 days, so a total of 4 days my package just arrived, 3 days staying in the warehouse. Even though only from Jakarta to Bekasi can take up to 4 days.
For those who live around West Cikarang, it's better to just blacklist this J&T expedition, just use another expedition, there are many other expeditions that work professionally and deliver fast.
Agree with the other comments, if I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. Hopefully I won't have to deal with this expedition again. Thanks.
