Konsumen akan mencatat sebagai jasa pengiriman barang TERBURUK khususnya untuk wilayah cikarang.
 Wow, all 1 star reviews. It's really worth it.., bad & no improvement. So many complaints when there is no improvement.
Consumers will record as the WORST freight forwarding service, especially for the Cikarang area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gudang dengan Sistem penerimaan barang yang buruk, status tracking tanggal 4 jam 10:58 sudah ada di gudang drop point tetapi barang tidak langsung di kirimkan.
Tanggal 6 Saya mengambil langsung paketnya tapi karyawan disana acuh, sangat lamban dan saling lempar kerjaan 1 jam lebih nunggu paket ga ketemu alasannya ketumpuk barang lain diluar zona pengiriman, terlalu banyak alasan overload lah kurirnya resign lah, banyak karyawan libur lah (apapun alasan dan kendalanya dilapangan/digudang. Komitmen perusahaan kan paket sampai dalam 2-3 hari ).
Tapi Aktual butuh waktu 6 hari paket sampai itupun dengan komplen sana sini..
sangat lamban bahkan disaat paket mau diambil langsung pun prosesnya lama masih harus nunggu padahal jelas barang sudah ditempat.
Untuk pihak manajemen mohon untuk diperbaiki pelayanannya karna kasus seperti ini sering terjadi..

On the 6th I took the package directly but the employees there were indifferent, very slow and throwing work at each other for more than 1 hour waiting for the package to not find the reason for the pile of other items outside the delivery zone, too many reasons for overload, the courier resigned, many employees took vacation (whatever the reasons and obstacles in the field/warehouse. The company's commitment is that the package will arrive within 2-3 days).
But actually it took 6 days for the package to arrive with complaints here and there..
very slow, even when the package is about to be picked up right away, the process takes a long time, you still have to wait even though it is clear that the item is already in place.
For the management, please improve the service because cases like this often happen..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gede doang brand nya pelayanan zonk yang daerah Cikarang . Paket gua ditahan udah 3 hari . gua samperin ke gudangnya dibilang udah dibawa kurir . Barang ga nyampe nyampe . Nyesel make j&t . Percuma ngulas di google ga ada tanggapan .
