 The warehouse is big, only the place is a bit deep, been there at 9 pm, the road is a bit scary too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong buat pihak j&t berbaiki lagi kinerja nya,makin ke sini bkan nya bagus malah jelek,masa udh 2 kali ggal pengirimin ,yang pertama is okey lah ggal pengiriman karna udh lwat jam oprasional saya maklumin,yg ke 2 bkin jengkel saya masa pengiriman gagal karna penerima ga ada di tempat alasan ga masuk akal,pdahal sya dri pagi sampai skrang ga kmna2 ,semenjak ganti kurir yg nama nya eri kirim ke alamat saya telat terus pengriman nya,sebelum2 nya kurir yg biasa kirim ga pernah telat pengiriman ,tolong perbaiki lagi makasih
Please make J&T improve its performance again, now it's not good it's even bad, it's been 2 times it failed to deliver, the first one is okay, the delivery failed because it's past operating hours I understand, the second one irritates me the delivery failed because the recipient isn't there, the reason doesn't make sense, even though I've been there since morning until now, since changing the courier whose name is eri sent to my address the delivery is late, before the courier who used to send was never late for delivery, please fix it again, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di MP pesanan gagal di angkut 2x dari tgl 25 dan 26 desember. Akhir nya coba hubungi seller untuk ke konter di arahkan ke gudang, setelah ke gudang tgl 30 coba mau ambil langsung... tapi nihil paket di ubek2 tapi ga ketemu, nunggu sampe 1 jam an, dan dr si abang nya bilang, "kayanya kesempil nnti coba langsung dikirim aja ke lokasi" tapi sampe sekarang paket belum diterima :)
Saya si gatau sistem sortir nya seperti apa, tp pas diliat langsung, ternyata di lempar2 ya, apa semua kaya gitu ya? ?
Tp terima kasih, baru kali ini saya kecewa ?
In MP the order failed to be transported 2x from the 25th and 26th December. In the end, I tried to contact the seller to direct the counter to the warehouse, after going to the warehouse on the 30th, I tried to pick it up straight away... but to no avail, I searched for the package but couldn't find it, waited for 1 hour, and Dr. the brother said, "It looks like it's narrow I'll try to send it directly to the location" but until now the package has not been received :)
I don't know what the sorting system is like, but when you look at it directly, it turns out to be thrown around, are they all like that? ️
But thank you, this time I'm disappointed ?
