★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A traditional restaurant serving a few kinds of fresh water fish, like wader, uceng, kutuk and lele. There's chicken menu too. This resto also serving fried rice, which is a good option for fried foods lover.
Place was very traditional with Javanese joglo architecture and fresh earthly ground. The scenery is amazing as vast rice field and hill made dine in more pleasant.

Raya Kaligesing, Nanggulan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region offering delicious freshwater fish as well as popular dishes and unique beverages. I, my wife and my friend had good times here in a cozy mountain atmosphere with a nice view to the Menoreh mountain range and rice fields. I love its kutuk fish mangut soup, fried bananas and hot sweet tea. Other dishes like soto soup, pecel rice and fried duck are offered at the back outlet with outdoor tables under the trees. No free WiFi. A clean musholla for at most 10 people. Clean toilets with traditional squat closets. Spacious parking lot. Friendly staff.
