★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to buy products on their official store rather than GS Shop. Bought razer kraken v2 here but the product is defective. Contacted GS Shop and they say the process only needs invoice/proof of payment and can be done on any days for product replacement. Turns out they only process service on Tuesday and Thursday and it takes approximately 2 weeks to return the product with no certainty wether the guarantee is applicable or not (note that the product was send first to their "office" before the razer official service centre, so theres no guarantee they wont tempered with the product). Employees didn't have after sales service knowledge and cant handle costumer complaint. Wouldn't recommend buy hardware here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling many console games and the console itself from PS4 (standard, slim and pro) xbox (one and x) , Nintendo switch alongside with the accessories. They sell new and secondhand games here and you can also sell your games here as long as they are in the good condition ( no scratches on the disc and have box). The price is more expensive than online shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flashy, fancy "video game superstore." A feast for the average (and casual) gamer's eyes. Park in Senayan City, come here and look around, figure out what you want... and then go to drakuli.com to see if the prices are better—which, they almost always are?. If that's the case, then make your way to STC by going out the main lobby and crossing the street, as it's directly across Senayan City. Go up the escalator once and you'll see Jakarta's best video game store in all its glory: Drakuli Games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually found inside big electronic store like Best Denki, but with it's own store so much to see. I never purchased any thing in this store or any GS store because when you look at that price, the "store next door" always have the better price.
