★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sbagai pelanggan setia di sana, kali ini kecewa dgn pelayanan 2 kasir. Waktu ambil baju anak jelas tertulis harga 42rb.dan di rak yg sama, harga sama dengan motif berbeda. Begitu selesai transaksi pembayaran, di parkiran saya lihat struk pembelian dan tertulis "perlengkapan baby : 49rb". Sya konfirmasi ulang ke kasir, bahwa tadi label 42rb,mengapa sekarang harga 49rb dan label sudah disobek. Mereka berdua bilang, ini harga 49rb. Saya tidak mau ribet, karena anak2 sudah nunggu di parkiran. Saya pulang dgn perasaan " kok wagu banget sih pelayanan nya"
Saya sangat kecewa sekali bukan karena nominal uang nya, tapi pelayanan kasir yg tidak profesional. Keputusan sepihak yg merugikan konsumen, itu aja saya pas lihat struk. Kenapa tidak dijelaskan di awal sebelum pembayaran, ini harga sekian, kami salah label atau kenaikan harga atau apalah. Jadi diambil atau tidak, lalu serahkan konsumen. Bukan keputusan mutlak yg saya anggap WAGU. semoga menjadi pelajaran ke depan nya. 2 kasir mbak-mbak

And on the same shelf, the price was the same with different motifs. As soon as the payment transaction was completed, I saw the purchase receipt in the parking lot and it said "baby equipment: 49 thousand". I re-confirmed to the cashier, that the label was 42k, why is it now 49k and the label has been torn off. They both said, this is the price of 49 thousand. I don't want to be complicated, because the children are already waiting in the parking lot. I came home with the feeling "how come the service is really bad"
I was very disappointed not because of the nominal money, but the unprofessional cashier service. One-sided decisions that harm consumers, that's all I saw when I saw the receipt. Why wasn't it explained at the beginning before payment, this is the price, we got the label wrong or the price increased or something. So taken or not, then leave the consumer. Not an absolute decision that I consider WAGU. Hopefully it will be a lesson for the future. 2 cashiers, ladies and gentlemen
