Hari ini 02 Januari 2020 disaat Bekasi dilanda banjir,dilokasi ini tidak ada genangan air.
Update Juli 2020 sudah sekitar 5 Blok rumah yang sudah selesai dibangun,bahkan beberapa unit rumah sudah ada yang ditempati.
Housing is still under construction ... there are only model houses and residential gates that are considered luxurious.
Today, January 2, 2020, when Bekasi was flooded, there was no water in this location.
The July 2020 update has been around 5 housing blocks that have been completed, even some housing units have been occupied.

Rumah hanya menghadap utara dan selatan, tidak berantakan seperti rumah murah lainnya.
Sudah ada fasilitas Masjid yang Sudah bagus.
Gerbang satu akses dijaga securit sehingga Aman.
Agak jauh dari pabrik sehingga baik untuk tumbuh kembang anak.
Kualitas bangunan sangat baik dengan batu hebel dan sangat layak huni.
Booking fee hanya 1 juta, dengan DP All in 11 Juta.
One of the best subsidized housing currently in Cikarang in my opinion, the environment is well organized.
The house only faces north and south, not as messy as other cheap houses.
There are already good mosque facilities.
The single access gate is guarded securely so it is safe.
It's a bit far from the factory so it's good for children's growth and development.
The quality of the building is very good with hebel stones and is very livable.
Booking fee is only 1 million, with DP All in 11 million.
