★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan nya cukup rapi dan bersih, akses jalan cukup lebar lokasi strategis dekat gerbang tol pondok Ranji akses keluar kota yg mudah.
The housing is quite neat and clean, the access road is quite wide, strategic location near the toll booth Pondok Ranji, which is easy to get out of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan bersih, tertata rapih, orang2nya juga ramah. Lingkungan juga ok. Lokasi sangat strategis karena dekat Stasiun Sudimara dan dekat stasiun Jurang Mangu, dekat juga dengan pintu tol Pondok Aren. Untuk kebutuhan belanja / shopping, dekat dengan BXC Mall, Transpark Bintaro, Pasar Modern Bintaro. Untuk belanja harian dan makanan juga banyak pilihan di dekat komplek ini.
Yang jadi catatan hanya akses jalan untuk menuju ke perumahan ini, karena beberapa ruas agak sempit (hanya bisa 1 mobil). Dan saat malam Jumat, gang/jalan masuk menuju ke perumahan cukup terhalang dengan adanya pasar kaget yang buka mulai Maghrib sampai malam sekitar pkl. 22.00 wib.
The housing is clean, neatly arranged, the people are also friendly. The environment is also ok. The location is very strategic because it is near Sudimara Station and near the Mangu Gorge station, also close to the Pondok Aren toll gate. For shopping / shopping needs, close to BXC Mall, Transpark Bintaro, Bintaro Modern Market. For daily shopping and food there are also many choices near this complex.
The only note is the access road to get to this housing, because some sections are rather narrow (only 1 car). And on Friday night, the alley / driveway leading to the housing complex is quite blocked by the shock market which opens from Maghrib until evening around 9am. 22.00 WIB.
