Pokoknya worth it bgt , suasananya homey ,
Udah gitu ada ruang tamu sama dapur bersama ,
Kalo keluarganya Dateng bisa kumpul disitu ,
Yg punya orangnya ramah bgt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nginep semalem di kost temen. Penjaga kostnya ramah dan baik. Kamarnya nyaman dan parkirannya cukup luas.
Stay overnight at a friend's boarding house. The boarding house guard is friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and the parking lot is quite spacious.

Harga sekian untuk kualitas yg sangat lumayan , pokok e sebanding
Kosan eksklusif tapi harganya gak mahal-mahal banget , bisa dibilang bersahabat .. Yg punya ramah bgt , kayak bapak sama ibu-ibu sendiri
Gak bakal nyesel kalo ngekost disini ?

Exclusive boarding house but the price is not really expensive, you could say friendly .. Those who are very friendly, like you and your own mothers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 makelar kostnya nagih uang kost ky rentenir. Kartu atm bermasalah pas libur natal dan tahun baru. Otimatis bank smua tutup nunggu liburan selesai. Ditagih ky rentenir. Makelarnya buka pintu kamar pas saya lg tdr kebetulan pas lupa ngunci jg krna saya pkr kost khusus cewe dan gk mngkin ada yg bakal buka. Oh ternyata. Lalu alasan atap bawah lamar saya merembes jd perbaikan kmr mndi trs saya disuruh pndh kmr lain. Parahnya lg sblm saya pndh air main matikan aja dr meteran dpn mlm2 plng kerja gk ada air. Gk ada etikanya. Drpd pndh kamar mending pndh kos skalian. Kamar sempit kcl. Tmpt tdr dibawah. Tiap pagi kamar sebelah2 BAB bisa kecium kebawa angin. Jarak tmpt tdr ke mr mndi 1 mtr. Suoer sempittt. Bnyk serangga masuk ke dlm kamar krna sela2 jendela kebuka. Dapur bersama kotor. Gas saweran pdhl yg masak itu2 aja kita pk cm sekali goreng kentang. Pokoknya not recommended nih kos2an.
Be careful, the boarding house collect money from the moneylender. ATM card has problems during Christmas and New Year holidays. All banks automatically close waiting for the holidays to finish. Charged by loan sharks. The reason is that I open the door of my room right away, but I just happened to forget to lock it because I was at a special boarding room for a girl and maybe nobody would open it. Oh apparently. Then the reason the roof under my application seeped out to be repaired by you, then I was told to do another. The worst thing is that before I have water just turn it off, the meter and mlm2 don't work, there's no water. There is no ethics. Out of the room, it's better if the boarding room is skalian. Kcl cramped rooms. Stay below. Every morning the next room CHAPTER can smell the wind. The distance of the residence to the family is 1 mtr. Suoer Sittittt. Many insects enter the room because the window is open. Dirty shared kitchen. The saweran gas that cooks is just enough for us to fry potatoes once. Anyway, it's not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos-kosan putri, ini bagus banget sih, fasilitasnya lengkap, dan bersih krn tiap pagi dan sore ada ibu2 yg bersih2.
The girls' boarding house is really good, the facilities are complete, and clean because every morning and evening there are mothers who clean it.

Pokoknya nyaman deh buat hunian,palagi bt anak kos,,
Salken ya kak,bt yg saya anter wktu lalu ksini hehe..
Spacious room, ample parking. comfortable environment.
Anyway, it's comfortable for housing, especially for boarding children,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kamarnya nyaman banget! dapet jendela gini jadi ada cahaya sama udara masuk. udah gitu dpt kipas sama ac jd bisa menyesuaikan <3 ibu kostnya baikk bangetttt,, ada dapur pas keluar kamar jadi ga mager kalo mau masak pas laper malem malem
the room is very comfortable! got a window like this so there is light and air coming in. it's like that, you can get a fan and ac so you can adjust <3 the boarding house is really good,, there's a kitchen when you leave the room so it doesn't slow down when you want to cook when you're hungry at night
