★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan griya pesona mulia ini ada di belakang Rumah Sakit Condong Catur. Terdiri dari beberapa rumah dan kebanyakan rumahnya dikontrakkan kepada mahasiswa. Terdapat dua pintu masuk dan ada portal di depan pintu tetapi tidak pernah ditutup karena tidak ada satpam yang menjaga. Jalanan dalam perumahan juga banyak rang rusak. Keuntungannya dekat dengan fasilitas umum dan sekolah. Selain itu, beberapa pedagang gerobakan sering lewat dalam perumahan sehingga menguntungkan agar tidak sering pergi keluar. Ada tukang sayur juga yang sering lewat sehingga tidak perlu jauh ke pasar jika ingin berbelanja.
This noble charm residential residence is behind the Condong Catur Hospital. It consists of several houses and most of the houses are rented out to students. There are two entrances and there is a portal in front of the door but it never closes because there is no security guard. Roads in housing are also heavily damaged. The advantage is that it is close to public facilities and schools. In addition, some cart traders often pass within the housing, which makes it profitable not to go out often. There are vegetable vendors who often pass by, so you don't have to go far to the market if you want to shop.
