★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada kulkas, dapur, mesin cuci, wifi kencang, strategis ( dekat sama harmony, kfc, ke SC STAN cuma semenit jalan, belakangnya ada masjid, sebelah ada warung makan, mau kemana mana gampang, deket warmindo sama warung biasa pula ), ada tv juga tapi tv tabung, kamar mandi dalam, ada ranjang sama lemari tapiiii lemarinya kecil, ukuran kamarnya juga kecil, panas banget kalo ga pake kipas parah banget dah, dan harganya pertahun lumayan pricey BUT standar laaa untuk daerah sini
There is a refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, fast wifi, strategic (near harmony, kfc, to SC STAN just a minute walk, behind it there is a mosque, next to it there is a food stall, going anywhere is easy, near Warmindo and a regular shop too), there is a tv also but a tube tv, an en suite bathroom, there is a bed and a cupboard but the cupboard is small, the room size is also small, it's really hot if you don't use a fan, it's really bad, and the price per year is pretty pricey BUT it's standard for this area
