Jalan kompleks juga sudah di cor beton, jadi tidak ada kendala jalan becek / rusak di dalam Cluster, sehingga nyaman untuk anak2 bermain sepeda atau sepatu roda di sore hari
Untuk koneksi internet sudah ada dengan jaringan Fiber Optic (First Media, dan Indihome)
Kendala kecil hanya ketika malam hari, mobil parkir berderet dan padat
Dengan inisiatif warga dan RT setempat, secara berkala saluran air dibersihkan dan juga di lakukan penyemprotan DBD
