★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya ada dalam jalan yg gang tdk terlalu besar..agak jauh ke jalan raya.pelayann agennya jg kurang ramah dan tidak aktif memberikan data ttg perumahannya..kmrn kesana harus kita yg aktif bertanya.dan juga..blm ada rumah yg ready stock...hanya rumah contoh saja yg tersedia...memurut aku sih..kurang yaa.
The housing is in a road that is not too big aisle ... go far to the highway. The agent is also not friendly and is not actively giving data about the housing ... the security is where we have to actively ask. And also ... there are houses that are ready stock. ... only the sample house is available ... according to me ... it's lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite close 1,3 km from Bojong Gede Station. Great neighborhood. Plenty of houses but not so big. On the site plan, 44 houses will be built on the site.
Not far from minimarkets and a Pertamina gas station. Lots of little shops within reach, so you wouldn't have difficulties finding mineral water galons or LPG gasses. Even ice creams such as Walls, Campina, Aice.. my kids are so happy because of this.
In the past, the land is used to be a cassava and fruit field, so the tap water is very good and pristine.
The housing developer is quite helpfull. They will help you to find the most suitable mortgage and help you all the way until the process is through.
The building process is flexible also. You can ask for changes or custom parts. They will do the calculations, as long as the materials spent is same as or less, you will charged none.
The most important is, the legal stand for the land status.. it's all clear, not in dispute and every house has it's own freehold title certificate (SHM).
I own a house in Griya Kartika, so this is an owner review.. not from a marketer standing point... :D
