+ Nyaman buat istirahat hingga hampir 5 tahun ini
+ Jalanan dalam perumahan sudah dilakukan perkerasan (cor beton dan atau aspal), meskipun tidak tebal, cepat rusak
+ Harga lumayan, konstruksi bangunan lebih baik dibanding RS sejenis
+ Air bagus

- KAPAN kami dijadwalkan proses AJB? (Cash buyer)
- Resiko tidak jauh dari kandang ternak, terkadang tercium bau kotoran
- Jalan Akses ke Perum belum layak
- Developer lamban dalam penanganan keluhan

+ Comfortable for resting for almost 5 years
+ Roads in housing have already been paved (cast concrete and or asphalt), although not thick, they break quickly
+ Fair price, building construction is better than similar hospitals
+ Nice water

- WHEN do we have a scheduled AJB process? (Cash buyer)
- The risk is not far from the livestock pen, sometimes the smell of manure
- Access road to Perum is not yet feasible
- Developers have been slow to handle complaints
