Untuk masuk kesana tidak mudah di temukan karena di area kawasan Industrinya, namun untuk para pekerja yang berjibaku di area ini , perumahan ini ideal untuk di tinggali di area ini. Suasana masih tampak dlm pengembangan untuk rumah2 bersubsidi, namun fumah yang komersil pastilah sangat nyaman.
