★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama saat datang di tempat ini adalah "lah kaya rumah hantu gini" karena jujur saja terlihat tidak terawat jika dilihat dari luar. Namun saat memasuki kamar semerbak pewangi ruangan menyeruak, toilet yang digunakan untuk umumpun selalu dalam keadaan bersih. Jika anda mencari tempat bersih namun dengan harga murah maka tempat ini dapat menjadi pilihan.
 The first impression when I came to this place was "like this haunted house" because honestly it looks unkempt when viewed from the outside. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pengiinpaan atau penjara??!, gaada tv, gaada guling, gaada ac, wifi lemot, kamar mandi banyak kecoak, airnya kotor, banyak sarang laba laba, ruangan sempit, pengharum kok baunya ga enak, kasur cuman 2, bnatal baunya iler, kasurnya keras, kasurnya pendek, kipas anginnya kagak sejuk, banyak kecoa, bnayak lintah, lantainya kotor, tembioknya retak semua ( mau roboh kah?? )
Is this an abandonment or prison ??!, No TV, no bolsters, no air conditioning, slow wifi, the bathroom has lots of cockroaches, the water is dirty, lots of cobwebs, the room is cramped, how come the fragrance doesn't smell good, only 2 mattresses, the smell doesn't smell good, the mattress is hard, the mattress is short, the fan is not cool, lots of cockroaches, like leeches, the floor is dirty, the pots are all cracked (do you want to collapse ??)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya bersih, rapi. Fasilitas juga memadai. KM bersih hanya saja di luar. Tempat parkir juga luas. Penjaga ramah. Cuma kipas angin yang ada di kamar kotor, jadi bikin batuk. Tapi ketutuplah sama keseluruhan pelayanan. Wi-fi juga cukup kencang. Harga murah, cocok di kantong Mahasiswa yang suka Backpacker-an. Dan yang paling penting deket sama kota, deket sama tempat makan ?
The room is clean, neat. Facilities are also adequate. Clean KM is just outside. Parking space is also wide. Friendly guard. Only the fan in the room is dirty, so it makes coughing. But close the whole service. Wi-fi is also quite fast. Cheap price, fits in the pocket of students who like backpacking. And most importantly near the city, near the place to eat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu sering nginep disini, soalnya harganya murah dan bersih meskipun sederhana, dan yang jaga ramah, tapi sekarang kotor banget yaa, sekarang udah ganti orang, mana chat terus, ketakutan banget kita bakal overstay, padahal kita tau lah kewajiban kita, yang dulu gak gitu perasaan, ramah banget dan dikasih password wifi + nota pembayaraan, lah ini, wifi gak dikasih nota apalagi, tolong balikin kayak dulu!!!
I used to stay here often, because the price was cheap and clean even though it was simple, and the caretakers were friendly, but now it's really dirty, now we've changed people, where do we chat, we're really afraid that we will overstay, even though we know our obligations, which used to not be like that feeling, very friendly and given a wifi password + payment note, this is it, wifi is not given a note, let alone, please return it like before!!!

But rooms a bit moist. And unfortunately when I got there, the water in 1st floor toilet run off
