lokasi masih oke untuk org2 kerja di kota tinggal di suburb.
transportasi umum banyak pilihan.
rumah sakit deket sini banyak.
deket sm mall baru The Park Sawangan yang lumayan isi mall nya lengkap.
sayangnya disini airnya super jelek, mungkin bekas rawa. jadi mesti di bor dalem bgt biar jernih.
udh beberapa kali hujan dan banjir tapi untungnya ga sampe masuk rumah dan surutnya cepet. harus perbaikin salurannya lebih lebar dan dalam.
tidak ada fasum seperti lapangan atau tempat bermain untuk anak-anak.
harga masih lumayan murah untuk tanah yg lumayan besar. cuma ya harus rombak total aja.
quite large housing in the area of cinangka, sawangan, depok. not so far from wates.
the location is still okay for work people in the city to live in suburb.
many public transportation options.
There are many hospitals near here.
near the new mall, The Park Sawangan, which is quite complete.
unfortunately here the water is super ugly, maybe a former swamp. so it must be drilled deep to make it clear.
It has rained and flooded several times but luckily it didn't reach the house and it receded quickly. have to fix the channel wider and deeper.
there are no public facilities such as fields or playgrounds for children.
the price is still quite cheap for a fairly large land. I just have to completely overhaul it.
