★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Griya ester adalah sejenis kos kosan untuk mahasiswa/pekerja. Pemiliknya seorang non muslim. Namun sangat ramah dan toleran. Jangan khawatir muslim yanh mau kos disini
Lokasinya dekat Atmajaya dan UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Bersebelahan dengan warung makan Batak. Tidak banyak warung makan sekitar kos ini.
Bentuk bangunannya tidak seperti kosan dari luar jalan. Terdiri lebih dari 5 kamar. Baik kamar AC maupun Non AC.
Fasilitas yang didapat yaitu, kamar mandi dalam, meja belajar, lemari, kasur, AC/non AC, TV (untuk kamar AC). Terdapat dapur, kompor gas, kulkas, dan peralatan masak. Ada garasi untuk motor pula.
Oiya disini terdapat dua penjaga wanita yang biasa bersih2 kos ini.
Hanya saja suasana kos ini agak horor kalau malam. Lampu sudah dimatikan dari pintu garasi. Dan suara kolam yang bikin makin horor. Karna mindset saya biasanya jin suka main di air kolam hahahah. Ini cuma mindset! Wkwk.

Griya Esther is a kind of boarding house for students / workers. The owner is a non-Muslim. But very friendly and tolerant. Don't worry that Muslims want to board here
Its location is near Atmajaya and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Adjacent to Batak food stalls. There aren't many food stalls around this boarding house.
The shape of the building is not like a boarding house from outside the road. Consisting of more than 5 rooms. Both AC and Non AC rooms.
The facilities obtained are, bathroom, study desk, wardrobe, mattress, AC / non AC, TV (for AC rooms). There is a kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils. There is a garage for motorbikes too.
Oiya here are two female guards who used to clean these boarding houses.
It's just that this boarding atmosphere is a bit of a horror when it's night. The lights have been turned off from the garage door. And the sound of the pool that makes more horror. Because my mindset usually jinns like to play in the pool water hahahahahaha. This is just a mindset! Wkwk.
