★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yg masih tergolong sepi penghuni dan masih banyak lahan yg kosong..lokasi perumahan cukup strategis..hanya saja jalan di dalam perumahannya belum rapi,berbatu batu menyulitkan bagi pengendara terlebih pejalan kaki dan saat musim hujan tentunya banyak genangan dan terlihat kotor ..begitu juga penerangan jalannya sedikit kurang..mungkin terkendala pada biaya pengelolaan ..untuk harga per unit nya masih tergolong murah jika dibandingkan di Ibukota..sejauh ini untuk suasana lingkungannya dirasa cukup nyaman..bagi yang berminat untuk memiliki hunian tetapi dana tidak terlalu besar..perumahan ini bisa menjadi pilihan yang tepat
 Housing that is still classified as deserted and there is still a lot of vacant land .. the location of the housing is quite strategic ... it's just that the road inside the housing is not tidy, rocky, making it difficult for motorists, especially pedestrians and during the rainy season, of course there are lots of puddles and looks dirty ... also the street lighting is a little lacking..maybe constrained by management costs .. for the price per unit it is still relatively cheap compared to the capital city..so far the ambience of the environment is quite comfortable..for those who are interested in owning a dwelling but the funds are not too big. . this housing can be the right choice
