★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman belanja, toko cukup lengkap sayang saya kecewa berat dengan pelayananya. Pagi hari saha belanja trus sekalian tanya2 mengenai gas 15kg, saat mau bayar harga dan bksa diantar tdk, jawabnya kalo dekat bisa.
Setelah itu saya pulang dan kembali lagi, dan bertanya kepada penjaga toko perempuan, dan sipenjaga toko tanya kepada temannya bapak2 usia sekitar 40an mau ga ngantar, dengan nada tinggi dan kurang mengenakkan si pria jawab ga mau.
Saya disini mau beli bukan minta, kalopun ada tambahan biaya saya bayar, knp tidak dijawab baik2. Kalopun tdk bisa kan bsa ngomong baik2. Saya jadi berpikira apakah tokonya sudah tidak butuh uang atau pembeli.
Saya kecewa dengan pelayananya.
Shopping experience, the shop is quite complete, unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. In the morning I will shop and ask questions about 15kg of gas, when I want to pay the price and can not deliver it, the answer is if you can close it.
After that I went home and came back again, and asked the female shopkeeper, and the shopkeeper asked his friend, the men in their 40s would not want to change, with high notes and less comfortable, the man answered unwillingly.
I'm here to buy, not ask, even if there are additional costs I pay, why not answer properly. Even if you can't talk properly I wondered if the shop didn't need money or buyers.
I was disappointed with the service.
