★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to attend a books launching and after it was over, I headed back to the basement where I parked and found water up to the angkle in its basement. Beware of the basement parking area, randomly the gutter water just gets pushed out and starts flooding. Its smells real bad as well. I suggest parking outside.

It is located nearby karet train station so, it's very accessible with only about 10 mins walk, it's also located near thamrin city and nearby big malls (grand indonesia, plaza indonesia). not really big and luxurious-modern office space. I went there on Saturday and there's no receptionist, and the security officer wasn't really doing his job ?
