★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well, every apartment has its pros and cons. Greenbay Apt is close to sea, surrounded by both urban and economic development, and it has a mall. Quite nice for young (or very old) couple to live, and quite secure. The rent is reasonable and fees are okay. Lack of parking lots are common in any apartments in Jakarta, and most staffs are friendly, while needs more training.
Greenbay Apt is by Agung Podomoro (APLN) and the management is well purposeful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can find lot of tasty food and near with the mall, everything within walking distance, suitable for elders too. Need to improve the lift system which isn't logic at all sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad parking system, you need to pay twice to park here. first for the first gate Rp. 5000, and then u MUST get into second gate to pay the second time. overall only increased by Rp.10.000 outside the main ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad palce for stay! The Resepsionis at Tower E always not call to my unit, when my foods or have packages arrived.
And the roof of my room leaked when it rained, already informed the maintenance but it was not fixed.
