★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa mempunyai private swimming pool. Terdapat juga meja biliar dan tenis meja namun dalam kondisi yang kurang terawat sehingga bisa digunakan tapi tidak maksimal. Akses masuk ke villa cukup sulit karena jalan belum bagus secara merata dan melalui jalan yang tidak terlalu lebar.
The villa has a private swimming pool. There is also a billiard table and table tennis but in a poorly maintained condition so they can be used but not optimally. Access to the villa is quite difficult because the road is not evenly distributed and the road is not too wide.
