★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good warehousing area, but the security management is bad... As I guess I report to security at the front gate, the security officer ask my ID card to hold but they dindt have any receipt for that since their receipt was run out they said... To me its not convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found rarely conditions of a warehousing complex. It is so clean and well maintainced. Security guards the location in better way than others. NO CROWDED in parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new 2016/2017 warehouses and offices inside a gated complex. It has a main lobby where ATM machines are located at. The main security office (at the main entrance) has the control of all CCTV situated throughout the complex. There are security kiosks located at most intersection within the complex. Very safe. The security personnel checks the guests vehicles upon exiting the complex. The streets are very wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and well managed except they implement mall style parking system.... can't imagine how come they charge parking fee like entertainment spot or office building... meanwhile this is a warehouse.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good warehouse complex. Relatively good space, good building arrangements, easy to find address, good security too. The problem is every morning and afternoon access in and out so crowded at gate entry. The other thing is the traffic from and to this place from center of Jakarta is relatively heavy.
