★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemukiman condominium 3 lantai yang cukup elit, namun sayangnya berada dikawasan yang masih belum terlihat elit, akses menuju lokasi juga infrastrukturnya masih belum maksimal, terutama jalan rayanya masih satu lajur dalam satu jalurnya.
Semoga segera ada pelebaran jalan sehingga bisa lebih naik kelas.
Akses dalam sitenya ada jalur drainase yang membelah lahan, dengan aliran air yang cukup deras, sehingga saat musim hujan terlihat cukup mengkhawatirkan meski tidak banjir didalam sitenya, namun dijalanannya mungkin akan terancam banjir kalau tidak rutin dibersihkan.
The 3-storey condominium settlement is quite elite, but unfortunately it is located in an area that still doesn't look elite, access to the location as well as the infrastructure is still not optimal, especially the highway is still one lane in one lane.
Hopefully soon there will be widening of the road so that more classes can be promoted.
Access in the site is a drainage path that divides the land, with a fairly heavy flow of water, so that during the rainy season it looks quite worrying even though there is no flooding in the site, but the roads may be threatened with flooding if they are not cleaned regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sangat bagus.. Dkat dgn tol dan green lake city.. Konsep condo nya juga sangat bagus mirip di luar negri dan ini group nya ASG. Sudah beli duluan meskipun masi dlm pembangunan karena yakin kalau sudah jadi pasti harga nya akan naik banyak. Cocok untuk milenial, keluarga baru atau bt investasi.

The location is very good.. Close to the toll road and green lake city.. The condo concept is also very good, similar to overseas and this is the ASG group. I bought it first even though it was still under construction because I was sure that when it was finished, the price would go up a lot. Suitable for millennials, new families or investment bts.
