★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong place and direction. The apartment is good. I'm lost in direction to found the apartment. But after telling the right direction. Still no one change it. Is this how Google improve their maps? The answer for my email said that my direction is wrong. So dissapointing. And they can't make a difference and figure it out from satellite view too, how can a landed house become big and tall apartment buildings? Hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment on Jl. Daan Mogot KM 14 Cengkareng, West Jakarta, near Sumur Bor Busway Station with close access to Outer Ring Road Toll.
It is easy to see it from Daan Mogot street. It is on the left of the street heading to Tangerang and it is on the opposite if you are from Grogol.
It is less than 2 km from Daan Mogot Mall and it is 6 km from Puri Indah Mall.
Nearby hospital is Hermina, RSUD Cengkareng Tzu Chi and Puri Indah.
It has 4 towers, 3 towers developed earlier in 2008 by PT. Inten Cipta Sejati. Tower Flamboyan, Gardenia and Edelweiss each has 20 floors and makes 3000 units.
Other tower is just newly built opened and occupied.
This apartment sits on 4,7 hectares.
There are 4 types of unit.
1BA has 1 bed room and it is 24 m3,
2BA has 2 bedroom and it is 34 m3,
2BC is just the sama as 2BA but a bit bigger to 35 m3,
and type 3 BR is the same size as 2BC but has 3 bed rooms.
Each tower has swimming pools, play ground and parking.
Security is 24 7 .
Parking is free but if you want a personal slot you have to pay more or less 50 thousand ruphias for motorcycle and more or kess150 thousand for cars, without slot parking would be headache as parking is tight which would srcatch your vehicles during night.
Renting varies from 9 million to 20 million per year depend on tpyes and furnitures.
Space between floors and ceiling is a bit low and the corridors are a bit narrow.
Personally for me if you are single and spend most of your time at work this apartment would be good, for a family of more than 2 kids this is not suitable.

Parking: always full if you come after 8pm.
Elevator : My god! They really need to fix it.
Canteen: Many cheap foods
Mini market: available
Water & electricity: okay
Security: No issue. Just don’t be too close with anybody there.
