★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air nya jelek dari awal belum ada solusi supaya mendapatkan air bersih (air layak ) .
Tembok taman roboh dan sudah berkali2, fatalnya utk yg kali ini di beresin oleh pemilik pdahal dr awal temboknya sdh retak dan sudah diinfokan namun tidak ada pergerakan atau tanggung jawab.
Sistem keamanan yang tidak munpuni (masih terjadi kemalingan dan ini sudah terjadi 4x)
Tetapi tidak ada peetanggung jawaban dr securuty atau keamanan setempat.
Saluran air/got/gorong2 yang dibuat asal sehingga ketika hujan air tidak mengalir sebagaimana mestinya karena si tengah got ada sisa adukan semen sehingga ketika hujan sampah luber dan masuk ke kmr mandi.
Kondisi rumah yg bocor dr plafon.
Respon dr pihak developer yg lambat dan tidak bertanggung jawab. Prinsipnya rumah asal laku, kepuasan pelanggan tidak teepenuhi.
Securty yang sombong/tidak ramah terhadap tamu /penghuni .

The garden wall has collapsed and has been repeated many times, the fatal thing is that this time it was cleaned by the owner even though from the beginning the wall was cracked and had been informed but there was no movement or responsibility.
Improper security system (theft is still happening and this has happened 4x)
But there is no responsibility for Dr. security or local security.
The drains / sewers / culverts are made originally so that when it rains the water does not flow properly because in the middle of the sewer there is residual cement mixture so that when it rains the garbage overflows and goes into the bathroom.
The condition of the house that is leaking from the ceiling.
The response from the developer is slow and irresponsible. The principle is that the original house sells, customer satisfaction is not fulfilled.
Arrogant/unfriendly security to guests/residents.

Kualitas bangunan sepertinya Bagus.
Tanda kutip "Tukang Jawa" ?
Promonya OK.
Minusnya: akses menuju lokasi berupa jalan sempit. Di awal masuk dari jalan besar, ujung simpangan, saat papasan mobil, satu mobil harus naik ke bahu jalan.
Ga kebayang kalau dua alphard papasan ?
