Tetapi ketika mereka melakukan kesalahan (miskomunikasi antar pramuniaga) malah justru melemparkan kesalahan kepada pelanggan dengan alasan pramuniaga yang melayani saya pertama kali bukanlah pramuniaga resmi (saya mana tau! Mereka semua berjaga di tempat yang sama, cuma pramuniaga yang bisa melakukan transaksi sedang ke toilet saat pertama kali saya datang). Sangat tidak profesional.
Initially friendly, pleasant service. But when they made a mistake (miscommunication between salespeople) they instead threw mistakes at customers because the saleswoman who served me for the first time was not an official saleswoman (I don't know! They all stand guard in the same place, only the saleswoman who can make transactions while going to the toilet while on the toilet first time I came). Very unprofessional.
